Draft updated July 21, 2026

Launch draft — not yet effective. This document describes intended product and operating boundaries. Qualified counsel must review and approve it before launch, and it does not create current service terms.

LineSquire is designed for one verified person handling personal calls. Bounded outbound calling is available only after enhanced identity verification, an outbound-capable plan entitlement, acceptance of the current outbound-use policy, and approval of an immutable plan for the specific task. Every attempt must map to that subscriber, one named recipient or selected business, and a small attempt limit.

  • No uploaded calling lists, campaigns, sequential dialing, predictive dialing, or broadcast workflows.
  • No sales, solicitation, commercial surveys, political persuasion, fundraising, lead collection, or debt collection.
  • No use as a shared business calling desk or as an undisclosed agent for another person.

The assistant must identify itself as AI and must not impersonate the subscriber or any other person. Users must not disable, obscure, or work around the approved disclosure, consent, verified-caller-ID, or call-reference controls.

  • No voice cloning, misleading identity, caller-ID spoofing, forged authorization, or fabricated facts.
  • No attempts to obtain private subscriber data by claiming an identity that has not been verified.
  • No instructions intended to expose prompts, credentials, hidden tools, private data, or another subscriber's records.

A recipient's request not to be called must be recorded immediately and honored before any further attempt. Users must follow applicable calling hours, consent rules, suppression requirements, and call-recording or transcription laws.

  • No harassment, threats, deception, repeated pressure, block evasion, or contact after an opt-out.
  • No calls intended to frighten, discriminate against, exploit, or unlawfully monitor another person.
  • No emergency calls or use that could delay contact with local emergency services.

User approval does not make a prohibited action permissible. LineSquire may collect options or status information, but it must not autonomously make high-consequence decisions or request secrets that the product excludes.

  • No passwords, full payment-card numbers, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, or one-time security codes.
  • No autonomous purchases, transfers of funds, contracts, rights waivers, insurance changes, medical decisions, or controlled-substance requests.
  • No medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice, and no claim to hold a professional license.

Users must not probe, overload, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass rate limits, introduce malicious code, misuse provider credentials, or interfere with security and audit controls. Phone numbers and other provider resources remain subject to carrier and provider rules.

LineSquire may block a task, suppress a destination, restrict or suspend an account, preserve relevant records, or refer a matter for review when use appears unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with this policy. Final notice, appeal, and termination procedures require counsel review.

Recipients can use the Report a call page to submit a public-safe call reference, ask for suppression, or raise an identity, privacy, or consent concern.
