Personal AI phone delegate

Leave the phone tree and hold music to your delegate.

For an approved task, LineSquire can be designed to navigate a permitted menu, stay with the queue, and alert you when a person is available. You decide whether to join, continue within the plan, or end the attempt.

The useful part

A phone call should end in a clear outcome.

  • Navigate the menu

Use only the approved route and avoid branches that request credentials or prohibited information.

  • Track the wait

Show calling and waiting states while metering connected, AI-active, and hold intervals separately.

  • Return at the useful moment

Notify you when a person is ready or record a callback reference when a live handoff is not possible.

Call flow

What happens, step by step

  1. Approve the destination and purpose

The plan names the phone number, account-safe context, menu goal, maximum wait, and expiration.

  2. The assistant discloses itself when connected

Any person reached hears the approved AI identity and transcription notice at the beginning of the conversation.

  3. The menu is handled within the plan

DTMF choices and call state are recorded, while security codes and full financial credentials remain prohibited.

  4. You get an alert when someone is ready

Choose whether to join the call. A completed handoff stops AI-minute charging according to the published usage policy.

  5. The final state is reconciled

The receipt uses provider call events, not a browser timer, to explain duration, hold, transfer, and outcome.

Your rules apply

Useful delegation without giving up control

  • Maximum wait and attempt limits

Every task expires. It cannot remain connected or retry indefinitely without a new approval.

  • Sensitive branches are off limits

The assistant cannot enter passwords, full card or bank details, Social Security numbers, or one-time codes.

  • No invented queue progress

If a menu action, transfer, or provider event fails, the status says so and offers a permitted next step.

  • Visible usage treatment

The usage ledger distinguishes active handling from hold time and shows any carrier surcharge separately.
