Document status
Effective August 8, 2026. LineSquire is a service of Upmarketers LLC. These terms and policies apply to the service, including trial and paid enrollment made available through Stripe.
Scope and operator
LineSquire is provided by Upmarketers LLC. Upmarketers LLC reviews government and law-enforcement requests for LineSquire data and responds only after evaluating the requesting authority, legal process, scope, and available records.
Valid and specific process
LineSquire intends to require valid legal authority addressed to the correct operator and to review the requesting agency, jurisdiction, signature, scope, account identifiers, requested categories, and response deadline. Informal requests do not replace required process.
Requests should identify a specific account, phone number, public-safe call reference, or time range. LineSquire intends to seek clarification, narrow an overbroad request, or object when process is defective or asks for data the service does not have.
Data minimization and preservation
A response should disclose only data covered by valid process and available under the applicable retention settings. LineSquire should not create new call content, reconstruct deleted data, or provide provider-held content it does not possess.
Preservation requests must be legally sufficient, time-limited, scoped, access-controlled, and audited. A preservation does not require LineSquire to create records it does not already hold.
Subscriber notice
LineSquire intends to notify the affected subscriber before disclosure when legally permitted, unless notice would create a documented safety risk. Notice may be delayed or withheld when prohibited by valid law or court order.
Emergency requests
This support channel is not an emergency service and does not guarantee an immediate response. Anyone facing imminent danger should contact local emergency services. A government emergency request must identify the emergency, the threatened harm, why the requested data is necessary, and the requesting official's verified contact details.
Submitting a request
An agency may send an initial notice to support@linesquire.com with the subject “Legal request.” Do not include unnecessary sensitive data in the first message. LineSquire will request secure delivery and verification before accepting legal process or disclosing account information.
Questions about this policy
Contact support@linesquire.com. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, security codes, or unnecessary call content by email.
