What counts as an AI minute?
Connected time while the assistant is actively handling the call, recorded to the nearest second. Completed human transfers stop AI-minute charging. Hold-time treatment will be shown separately before launch.
When included minutes run out
An active call can finish, new paid calls pause, and the account shows a clear warning. Automatic top-up is intended to stay off unless you enable it with a monthly cap.
