Document status
Launch draft — not yet effective. This document describes intended product and operating boundaries. Qualified counsel must review and approve it before launch, and it does not create current service terms.
Draft status and operator details
LineSquire is a working brand and the public site is a private-beta preview. These draft terms are not effective and do not create a right to access the service.
The final operator legal name, mailing address, launch jurisdiction, effective date, governing law, dispute terms, and required consumer notices must be added after counsel review.
Service scope
LineSquire is designed for one subscriber to screen inbound calls and, only when separately enabled, approve bounded personal calling tasks. It is not an emergency service, professional adviser, or substitute for the subscriber's judgment.
Features may be limited during a trial or private beta. A feature shown in a preview does not mean that it is active for an account.
Account responsibilities
A subscriber must provide accurate account information, protect sign-in codes and sessions, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. The service is for the verified account owner and must not be used to create an undisclosed multi-person calling operation.
- Use only numbers, contacts, facts, and permissions the subscriber is authorized to provide.
- Review call rules, task plans, approval limits, and recipient details before use.
- Follow the acceptable-use rules and honor every recipient opt-out.
- Do not rely on LineSquire for emergencies or time-critical safety decisions.
AI identity, consent, and authority
The assistant must identify itself as AI and must not claim to be the subscriber. Calls may require a transcription or recording notice and consent. The subscriber remains responsible for confirming that a proposed use is lawful in every relevant jurisdiction.
Approval is bounded by the plan shown to the subscriber. LineSquire must not spend money, accept material terms, reveal protected information, or create a commitment outside approved limits without a supported approval flow.
Plans and billing
Paid enrollment is not enabled in the current subscriber release. If it is enabled, LineSquire will use Creem-hosted checkout and subscription management. The price, renewal period, included usage, taxes, cancellation controls, and any refund terms presented at checkout will govern only after the final terms are approved.
Usage is intended to come from server and provider events, not a browser timer. Final overage, top-up, hold-time, failed-payment, and cancellation rules require review before an effective paid launch.
Suspension, deletion, and changes
LineSquire may restrict or suspend access to protect recipients, users, providers, or the service, or to investigate suspected abuse. A subscriber may request account export or deletion through the product controls, subject to provider-held data and records that must be retained for security, billing, dispute, tax, or legal obligations.
Material changes to effective terms must be communicated in the manner required by applicable law. This draft may change without notice before it becomes effective.
Warranty and liability terms still require counsel
Final warranty disclaimers, service-level limitations, indemnity language, liability limits, consumer-law carve-outs, and dispute procedures have intentionally not been invented here. They must match the launch entity, geography, insurance, and actual service behavior before release.
