People, contact groups, and call rules

Add people, import vCards, organize groups, and choose inbound handling.

Add and import people

Enter the full phone number with country code, such as +1 720 555 0123. You can also import a UTF-8 or ASCII .vcf file up to 512 KiB. One import accepts up to 250 cards and phone numbers and reports up to 50 issues. Valid contacts can be saved even when other rows are rejected.

Groups and rules

Create a group, add people, and choose how calls should be handled. Available actions include ringing, asking the caller's purpose, requesting transfer approval, taking a message, answering approved information, or blocking. Unknown callers use the account default unless an active mode changes it.

Transfer prerequisites

Transfer actions require a verified transfer destination and eligible account state. When prerequisites are missing, LineSquire disables those rule choices rather than saving a rule it cannot perform.

Your plan and rule history

Quiet includes default rules, rules for individual people, blocking, and built-in modes. Personal adds contact groups, priorities, custom modes, and limits on which approved facts a rule may use. Delegate also includes reusable approval presets.

Open Rule history from People to review saved changes. Quiet shows up to 30 days, Personal up to 90 days, and Delegate up to 365 days. History begins with a snapshot when tracking starts; earlier changes are not reconstructed. Changing plans does not bring back expired history.

If you move to a lower plan, existing advanced settings stay saved. You can turn them off or make them more restrictive. Adding or expanding advanced settings requires the matching plan. An empty approved-fact filter means all otherwise-approved facts, not no facts.

Reusable approval presets

On Delegate, save draft limits such as retry attempts, hold time, and a refund ceiling. Applying a preset fills in a new task draft. It does not approve a call, change an approved plan, or remove a required approval. Review and approve each call plan before it can run.

A blank refund ceiling means you must set the limit for that call. It does not permit an unlimited refund. Updating a preset does not change tasks you have already approved.
