Approved facts: what they are and how to use them

Safely provide facts the agent may disclose only in approved contexts.

Saved approved facts

Saved facts live under Your agent. Give each fact a safe label, choose whether it can be used on incoming calls, outgoing calls, or both, and add an expiration date if needed. A fact is information, not an instruction. LineSquire uses it only when the call and your rules allow it.

LineSquire keeps approved facts out of the opening call instructions. It shares a value only when the approved call, confirmed recipient, allowed use, and expiration all match.

Why saved values stay hidden

The dashboard does not return a saved protected value. To update one, enter the complete replacement value. This reduces accidental disclosure from an open browser session.

Saved versus task-specific

A saved fact can be available for future calls. A task-specific fact belongs to one approved call plan and expires with that task.

Never store passwords, login or security codes, full payment-card numbers, identity documents, or unnecessary sensitive data as facts.
