Creating an outbound task

Build, review, approve, and schedule one specific outbound call.

Last reviewed 2026-08-22

Describe the call

  1. 1. Open Tasks, then New task.
  2. 2. Enter the recipient name and full phone number with country code, such as +1 720 555 0123.
  3. 3. Choose the objective and recipient timezone.
  4. 4. Write the public purpose disclosure and questions.
  5. 5. Set allowed options, boundaries, attempts, and expiration.
  6. 6. Confirm the suggested recipient timezone and local calling window; daylight-saving changes use that confirmed timezone.
  7. 7. Review retry spacing, voicemail, and any hold timeout. Voicemail defaults to no message.
  8. 8. Optionally add one task-specific fact and identify sensitive actions that need live approval.

Build and approve the exact plan

Building a call plan doesn't place a call. LineSquire calls only after you approve the plan and the required checks pass.

  1. 1. Select Build plan.
  2. 2. Review the full call plan and any safety notes.
  3. 3. Approve that exact call-plan version.
  4. 4. Queue it now or choose an allowed schedule.
