Contacting support

Search help, open a ticket or chat, and safely track replies.

Last reviewed 2026-08-22

Start with search

Search the help center first. If you still need help, sign in and open a ticket or start support chat. Both create a persistent support conversation, and replies appear in that same conversation as they arrive.

Track and manage a conversation

Open Help & support to view replies, send another message, close a completed conversation, or reopen it when more help is needed. Closing does not delete the history.

What not to send

For technical issues, include the affected page, approximate time, what you expected, what happened, and a safe public call, task, or ticket reference.

Do not send passwords, one-time login or security codes, full payment-card numbers, government identity documents, service credentials, or unnecessary approved-fact values.

Not an emergency service

Support tickets and chat are not monitored as an emergency service and have no promised response time. Contact local emergency services for imminent danger or an active medical emergency.
