Recording and retention
Raw recording is off in the current release. Transcript and summary retention are separate account controls. Shorter retention can make older call content unavailable while safe ledger or audit records remain where required.
Account export
An encrypted account export includes supported account data, including customer-visible support tickets and conversations. Completed export files are available for 24 hours through the authenticated download flow.
Account deletion
Account deletion runs as a verified background job and includes support tickets and chat data. Closing a ticket does not delete its conversation. Support data otherwise follows the published privacy policy; LineSquire does not advertise an unenforced support-retention period.
