Task safety, eligibility, and live approvals

Learn why outbound tasks may wait, pause, or be denied.

Before dialing

Outbound calls require a paid Personal or Delegate plan, completed identity review, a verified caller ID, accepted calling policy, an approved plan that hasn't expired, remaining attempts, and a phone number that isn't blocked. Quiet hours use the recipient's timezone.

Live approval

LineSquire pauses when a call reaches a fee, sensitive disclosure, commitment, or option outside the approved plan. Pending does not mean approved. Only your matching decision for that exact action permits it to continue.

While LineSquire waits, it won't continue the conversation or take the pending action. It can still handle a withdrawal, opt-out, emergency, or request to end the call. Your decision applies once to the exact action shown for that call.

Why checks run again

Call access can change after scheduling. Just before dialing, LineSquire checks your account and approved plan again, along with quiet hours, remaining attempts, caller ID, and whether the phone number is blocked.
