Actual and charged time
Usage history shows actual connected seconds and charged seconds. AI-active time is charged normally, pure hold time is charged at one-quarter rate, and AI-minute charging stops after a completed human transfer. The completed call record—not a browser timer—determines usage.
Plans, top-ups, and credits
Usage shows included and remaining minutes, top-up purchases, credits, subscription state, and invoices. Hosted Stripe pages manage payment details and cancellation. Browser redirects alone do not establish billing authority.
Export usage
Download a CSV of the current account ledger. The current export is capped at 10,000 entries; use filters or contact support if your ledger exceeds that boundary.
